Jim Bailey has a Masters Degree of Fine Arts in Ceramics and a Bachelors Degree of Fine Arts from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. He has been an art instructor of Ceramics and Crafts at Minot State University, a Resident Artist at The Custer Country Art and Heritage Center in Miles City, Montana, apprenticed under Susan Davy of Davy Pottery in Burlington, North Dakota, and a twenty year veteran of the Potters' Wheel.
He produces a full line of functional cone ten stoneware dishes, kitchen, and baking accessories.
